[Agvisors] FIXED: REDCap- Use the flyer

Hi All,

After some investigative work by Michelle and our REDCap student, Rachel, we have figured it out! The link in the original flyer I sent was modified when the URL was copied into the publication program we used to make the flyer.

The attached flyer (PDF and Word versions attached) has been tested and should not pose any problems. Please let me know if any other issues occur and thanks for your patience!

Hi All,

I have received some reports that the REDCap survey prompts students to enter an Access code when the link is copy and pasted from the flyer; however, they will not receive this error if they click the link on the attached flyer. For now, please advise students to click the link on the flyer (attached here) while I work to figure out what the issue is with using a copy/pasted URL. I have written to the main REDCap support person at UA and I will send an update when I hear back.
