Deadline Approaching: Last Day to Drop Without a W is Sunday (Sept 2nd)!

This is just a quick reminder, that Sunday, September 2nd, 2018 is the LAST day to drop a course without a W. If you drop by Sunday, it means that the course will not appear on your transcript. You will also be charged the $25 drop fee.  After Sunday, you will still be able to drop courses (via Uaccess) but a W will appear on your transcript.  Please let me know if you have any questions.


*** Please remember dropping a course can result in financial aid or scholarship issues/losses if the following unit requirements for Fall 2018 semester are not met:

-       Minimum units needed for student receiving financial aid= 12 units (full-time) for Fall 2018 (or minimum 24 units in the Academic Year which equals Fall 2018, Winter 2018/19, Spring 2019, Summer 2019)


-       Minimum units needed for students on scholarship = 14- 16 units for Fall 2018
o   For most UA scholarships: You must complete 30 UA units for the Academic Year
