[Agvisors] CALS Graduation: RSVP Confirmation

Hello Agvisors and CAS -

An update on student RSVPs for the CALS Graduation Convocation:

*         All students (undergraduate and graduate) who had RSVP'd by Thursday, April 26 at midnight have received an email confirmation for their RSVP (that email is attached for your reference)

*         Some students may have received the confirmation email twice; that just means they RSVPd two times (although I removed duplicates, it's possible some were missed)

*         If a student did not receive this email confirmation, I do not have their RSVP - advise these students to complete the RSVP<https://cals.arizona.edu/events/cals-graduation-convocation> form

*         The deadline to RSVP is today: Friday, April 27, 2018 at midnight AZ time - the RSVP link is here: https://cals.arizona.edu/events/cals-graduation-convocation

*         The RSVP link will close after the deadline

*         I'm sending one final RSVP reminder to all students today (through MyEmma, advisors and CAS will also receive that message)

*         In the event that a student missed the RSVP deadline, have them email me directly at gms at email.arizona.edu<mailto:gms at email.arizona.edu>
