Greetings Agvisors,

Attached is a student list with courses that may qualify as a Grade Replacement Opportunity<http://registrar.arizona.edu/academics/grade-replacement-opportunity-gro> (GRO).  These are for courses that run the full term (August through December). The deadline to file for GRO is September 17, 2017.  The Registrar's office sent students a generic email reminding them of the upcoming deadline but you may want to reach out to them as a reminder.  Hope you find the list helpful.

GRO Request

GRO requests may now be submitted through UAccess Student during filing periods.  A GRO tab has been added to UAccess Student Center for undergraduate students only. Students who wish to file a GRO will access this tab to submit a GRO request during the GRO filing period for each eligible course. The process is the same for both Regular Dated Classes and Dynamically Dated Classes. Steps for filing GRO Requests

1.      Register for the repeated course.

2.      Access the GRO tab in UAccess Student.

3.      Read and accept the GRO Policy terms.

4.      Complete the GRO request.
