Hello Advisors,

Three weeks ago I asked you to check your college/school/department double use policies and to send me any corrections or updates for 2017.  Several of you submitted updates, which I've recorded on the attached version.  In some cases I edited your statement to shorten or clarify it, so please check your policy on this draft to make sure it reflects the intent of your restriction(s).

The ten programs with wording or content changes are:

  *   American Indian Studies
  *   Computer Science
  *   General Studies
  *   Information Science
  *   Latin American Studies
  *   Mathematics
  *   Philosophy
  *   Physiology
  *   Spanish/Portuguese
  *   Veterinary Science

By Friday the 12th let me know if additional changes are needed for 2017-18.    I'll send that list to Roxie for posting on the ARC website.

Thanks for your help in keeping our list up to date.
