SUBJECT:       Fulbright Week Sessions March 21 - 25, 2016
The Office of Global Initiatives, the UA Graduate College and the UA Honors College have combined efforts to plan a week full of events acknowledging past Fulbright and Fulbright-Hays recipients; hosting workshops, information sessions and open houses; and informing faculty, undergraduate and graduate students about the opportunities available through the Fulbright and Fulbright-Hays programs. All faculty, staff and students are welcome to participate in any of the Fulbright Week sessions held during the week of March 21-25, 2016.
Faculty or scholars interested in Fulbright Scholar opportunities can sign up for a one-on-one session with Caitlin McNamara, Recruitment and Marketing Officer at the Council for International Exchange of Scholars, a division of the Institute of International Education. Sessions will be held on Tuesday, March 22 from 10-11:45am and again at 1:40 to 3:20pm in the University Services Building, USB 309. Reserve your time by calling Mary Ann Berg at 621-1900. Also on Tuesday, March 22, you are also invited to join a buffet style lunch and panel presentation from 12:30 to 1:30pm in the Student Union and a social reception from 3:30 to 4:30pm at the Slonaker House at the UA Honors College (RSVP here<https://global.arizona.edu/fulbright-week-rsvp>, or by calling Mary Ann Berg at 621-1900, by March 15th).
On Wednesday, March 23 there will be a Fulbright U.S. Student Program information session presented by Emily Kotay at the Slonaker House. On Thursday March 24, a panel will be held for returned Fulbright Scholars also presented by Emily Kotay. And on Friday, March 25 there will be another Fulbright U.S. Student Program for an English teaching assistantship information session at the Slonaker House.
