The University's UAccess Employee, Student and Learning systems will be upgraded on Saturday, July 23. This upgrade will modernize the look of the home page and the navigation, reduce security risks, and lays the foundation for an enriched user experience on mobile devices, tablets and desktops.
What to Expect:

* UAccess Employee, Student and Learning Home Pages will display updated navigation and clickable tiles (buttons) to access the functional pages.

* Mobile friendly views for some of the pages.

* The Student and Instructor portals will have a new UAccess Student banner at the top of the page. Navigation will remain the same.

* Watch these two quick videos to see examples of the new navigation and user interface:

o UA Employee Main Homepage https://youtu.be/9r4_kxvzD0c

o UA Manager Self Service https://youtu.be/NwK6F7dGBUc
Helpful Tips:

* Any UAccess links currently bookmarked in your browser will need to be updated to direct you to the new UAccess homepage.

* Clear your browser's cache prior to logging in to UAccess on July 25. If you have issues with clearing your cache, contact the 24/7 IT Support Center at (520) 626-TECH.

* Upon login, you will see a "New Look for UAccess" tile on the homepage with Getting Started instructions.

* Use the Quick Start Guide<http://uits.arizona.edu/sites/default/files/workshops/watt/UAccess_Interface_Quick_Start_Guide.pdf> link on the "New Look for UAccess" tile for information on how to personalize and navigate the system.
System Unavailability:
UAccess Employee, Student and Learning will be unavailable from:

  *   July 23 at 5 a.m. until July 25 at 7 a.m.
  * An "All Clear message" will be posted in the "Alerts" section on http://uaccess.arizona.edu once the upgrade is complete and systems are operational again.
