[Agvisors] Reminder: W Grades and Swaps/Drops

I need to remind everyone that W grades are now in effect for undergraduate students and course drops and swaps will result in W grades and a drop fee. If there is a legitimate reason for making this change without penalty to the student, departments may complete the “Academic Department Comments” section of the Change of Schedule form to indicate that they are approving a section change or requesting a course level change without a W grade. An explanation must be noted on the form and an authorized department approver must sign. Please see the highlighted areas below:

The form must be processed by the Registration and Transcripts office to avoid the penalties. The transaction will be backdated to avoid the W and the $25 drop fee will be waived.
