<b>and swaps</b> will result in W grades and a drop fee. If there is a legitimate reason for making this change without penalty to the student, departments may complete the “Academic Department Comments” section of the Change of Schedule form to indicate that
they are approving a section change or requesting a course level change without a W grade. An explanation must be noted on the form and an authorized department approver must sign. Please see the highlighted areas below:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
