Subject: FW: Alert! Students getting notice for loan repayment
Hi Roxy,

Just in case you get any calls from concerned students or advisors, there was a wide-spread issue with students being notified that their student loans were entering repayment. This was an error that has since been corrected.

The message for students is:

“If you are enrolled more than half time disregard the notice.  We’ve updated the reporting criteria so you should not receive this notice again unless you graduate or your enrollment drops below halftime.”
