Here are some important registration dates to remember for the Fall 2015 term:

August 21, 2015 – Last day for dean’s offices to submit Undergraduate Leave of Absence forms to the Registration and Transcripts Office--due by 4:00 p.m.!

August 24, 2015 – First day of Fall classes.

August 24, 2015 – First day to file a Grade Replacement Opportunity (GRO), see http://registrar.arizona.edu/gro.

August 24, 2015 – First day to add classes for audit; instructor signature is required on a Change of Schedule form. (Dean’s signature will not be required for audit until October 19th.)

August 24, 2015 – Last date to pay for Fall 2015 without a late charge.

August 31, 2015 – Last day for students to use UAccess for adding classes, changing classes, or changing sections, and changing to/from pass/fail grade.

September 1, 2015 – Begin $25.00 late drop fee; assessed for each course dropped by undergraduate students; for exceptions, see http://www.registrar.arizona.edu/regtrans/webreg.

September 1, 2015 – Instructor approval required on a Change of Schedule form to ADD or CHANGE classes.

September 1, 2015 – Registration from zero units requires a Change of Schedule form with Instructor and Dean’s approval. (Additional requirements begin on September 15th.)

September 4, 2015 – Last day to receive a REFUND for a complete withdrawal or for any drop in units.

September 6, 2015 – UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS ONLY - Last day to drop without a W grade.

September 7, 2015 – Labor Day Holiday

September 7, 2015 – UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS ONLY - Begin W grades for drops. Students may still drop classes on UAccess and without instructor permission through November 1st. A grade of W will be awarded.

September 7, 2015 – Begin Complete Withdrawal with online form. Students should be directed to https://www.registrar.arizona.edu/complete-withdrawal to withdraw completely from the university. A grade of WC will be awarded to each class dropped using this process.

September 14, 2015 – Last day to increase in units without the $250 Late Registration Fee.

September 15, 2015 – Begin $250 Late Registration Fee for increase in units.

September 15, 2015 – Registration from zero units requires:
·        Written statement from student explaining the reason for late registration
·        Instructor and Dean’s approval on a Change of Schedule form
·        Pre-payment of tuition and fees
·        Registrar’s Office approval

September 18, 2015 – Last day to change from pass/fail to regular grade or vice versa with just instructor approval on a Change of Schedule form.

September 20, 2015 – Last day to file a Grade Replacement Opportunity (GRO); deadline is 12 PM MST.

September 20, 2015 – GRADUATE STUDENTS ONLY – Last day to drop without a W grade.

September 20, 2015 – Last day for department users to enroll for the Fall 2015 term.

September 21, 2015 - All registrations must be handled by the Registration and Transcripts Office in Admin 210. Students may withdraw online through November 1st.

September 21, 2015 – GRADUATE STUDENTS ONLY – Begin W grades for drops. Graduate students may still drop classes on UAccess and without instructor permission through November 1st. A W grade will be awarded.

September 21, 2015 – Instructor and Dean’s approval is required on a Change of Schedule form to change from pass/fail to regular grade or vice versa.
