Greetings Agvisors:

Thanks for your attendance at the meeting today.

If you are working with any students who are considering submitting a policy petition, retroactive withdrawal (within the one year timeframe), etc. please make them aware of the review deadline below.

Note that the committee has been strictly enforcing the one-year deadline for petitions regarding retroactive withdrawals.  So if students are considering a retroactive change for Spring 2014 and forward now is the time to take care of it.

Students can be referred to Saguaro Hall 221 to speak with Kristen or I for details, and to obtain the forms.  The forms are not electronically available to assure we cover all options they have with their 'circumstance'.

Subject: Undergraduate General Petitions deadlines

Hello Everybody,

The Undergraduate General Petitions process will not be available during the summer months. Students, advisors and faculty should be alerted now to the following deadlines:

-- Last day for students and colleges to submit petitions to the Office of the Registration & Transcripts, Administration Building, 1st floor lobby, Room 210: Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 5:00 pm.

-- Decisions on petitions presented for review for the academic year 2014-2015 will be completed: Thursday, June 4, 2015.

-- The Undergraduate General Petitions process will be available for the 2015-2016 academic year beginning Monday, August 24, 2015.
