[Agvisors] GRO Deadline SEPTEMBER 21

Students:

The last day to file for Grade Replacement Opportunity (GRO) is this Sunday, September 21 for Fall 2014.

To file for GRO you must submit the GRO form electronically, which can be found in your UAccess Student Center.  Instructions on how to file are attached.

To be eligible to file for GRO you must meet the following criteria:

1)      Have attempted fewer than 60 University Credits (units in residence at UA).  Attempted units includes withdrawals.

2)      Repeat a course where the first attempt earned a grade of C, D or E

3)      Repeat the same course (same subject and number) at the University of Arizona (cannot use GRO with transfer courses)

4)      Have not used GRO for more than 3 courses or 10 units

Only the grade from the repeat attempt will be used to calculate the grade point average, but only if  the GRO form is filed.
