[Agvisors] 2nd Agvisors meeting 9/23 - Fall 2014

Greetings Agvisors:

Hope this fall term has been going well for all. The 2nd Agvisors Meeting for this term is next Tuesday August 23 from 11:00am-1:00pm at McPark 402.  Lunch will be provided.

Please send your lunch selections from Baggin's to Maria Bueno  via email (mbueno at email.arizona.edu<mailto:mbueno at email.arizona.edu>), in person at Forbes 211 or fax 621-8662 no later than Monday 8/22 by 9:00am.  We will be getting Baggin's boxed lunches so indicate half or full and the sandwich you'd like when you submit your order to Maria.   *   Sept. 23, Oct. 28, Nov. 25 (all on Tuesday) at McPark Room 402
  *   Dec.16  Retreat 9am-2pm at TBD (back up McPark Room 402)

*         GRO filing is now available via UAccess Student Center during the filing period - http://registrar.arizona.edu/gro

*         Withdrawal deadlines have changed starting this term - http://registrar.arizona.edu/sites/default/files/2014%20Dropping%20and%20Withdrawing%20Comparison%20to%20Old%20Policy.pdf

*         The CALS Monday Message Newsletter is now being posted directly through MailChimp to all our active students (approximately 3400). I have added the agvisors address as a 'subscriber' so hopefully the messages will be posted.  If you would like to be added with your individual email to the list let me know.  Thanks!

*         Please remind your December 2014 graduating seniors to file for their degree check candidacy.  September 2, 2014 was the deadline to avoid the $50 late fee.  Refer students to Forbes 211 to fill out the application.  Julie Adkins will then send an email when their packet is ready for pick up.  FSHD and RCSC students start the process at McPark 203.
