Hello Advisors,

 

I wish you all the best in this busy freshman orientation season! I just
wanted to let you know that we are offering a 2-unit course in Fall 2014
that would be appropriate for incoming freshman interested in learning more
about careers in science. 

 

MCB 396i: Career Exploration and Professional Development

Fall 2014

2 units

Mondays, 2:00pm - 3:50PM

 

In this course students will :

*	Gain skills and an understanding of issues important to development
of career in science
*	Network with science professionals
*	Find out how science is a part of everyone's daily life
*	Explore the interdisciplinary nature of science and how it connects
to a variety of fields

Registration is available via Uaccess. Feel free to distribute the attached
flyer as you see fit. Please feel free to let me know if you have any
questions!
