Hi Nancy,

Sigma Alpha is organizing the salsa festival again this year. We are
planning to have it on March 11th from 10am-2pm. Kristen has already said
that we can have the clubs turn in the entry forms to her office which is
awesome. I was wondering if you would be able to send out an announcement
and entry form to any clubs, advisers or students that you have access to. I
have attached the entry form and this is the announcement that I would like
to send:

Do you or someone in your club have a killer salsa recipe?

Do you want a chance to promote your club to other students and the
community?

 

If you answer yes to either of these questions then the Second Annual Sigma
Alpha Salsa Showdown is for you!!

Sigma Alpha is holding a salsa festival on March 11th  from 10am-2pm and we
would love to have your club participate. All you have to do is make your
salsa and show up on the morning of the 11th ready to serve your salsa and
promote your club. Sigma Alpha will provide chips and other supplies and you
are encouraged to bring information to promote your club. Patrons of the
festival will then try your salsa throughout the day and vote of their
favorite. The top salsa will receive a gift basket jam packed full of
goodies such as Mrs. Field's Cookies, Fleming's gift card, See's Candies and
much more.

 

If you are interested please fill out the attached entry form and return to
Forbes Room 211 to Kristen along with the entry fee of $15 by February 24.
We will send a confirmation email with detailed instructions for the day of
the festival.

 

Entries will be accepted through March 3rd however a $10 late fee will be
added to entries received after February 24th.
