Reminder: ATTENTION GRADUATING SENIORS (MAY AND AUGUST 2014):

If you plan on graduating in May or August 2014, please read note the
following information:

ü Your Application for Degree Candidacy is due by February 3rd. If you turn
it in after February 3rd, you will be charged a $50 late fee. The
Application can be picked up and dropped off in Forbes Room 211 for all CALS
Majors with the exception of FSHD and RCSC. RCSC and FSHD students initiate
the process in McClelland Park 203.

ü If you have already turned in your Application for Degree Candidacy,
great! You are waiting for an email from Julie Adkins, Graduation Services
Advisor. If you haven’t gotten an email yet, don’t panic! Julie will be
writing you in the next few weeks.

ü Once you get an email from Julie, pick up your degree audit (aka the pink
sheet) during her walk-in hours (M,W,TH 8:30am-12:30pm and 2:30-4:30pm
Tuesday, Friday 2:00-4:00pm). She will post these walk in hours also in
the email she sends you.

ü Once you meet with her she’ll explain the additional steps to complete the
process. Don’t procrastinate! This will confirm you are enrolled in the
right courses this term, and if applicable to plan accordingly for summer.

*Have a great productive Spring term*
