Members of CCASA,

I'm writing to extend an invitation to you to attend a fantastic
presentation by Dr. Kenneth Cloke, a renowned conflict resolution
consultant.  The presentation is entitled, "A Systems Approach to Addressing
Conflict in the Workplace."  The event takes place on Friday, April 18 from
8:30 to 11:00 am in the Student Union Memorial Center, Tucson Room.  Coffee
and light breakfast items will be available.  There is no charge for the
event.

I recently attended a workshop conducted by Dr. Cloke and he is an amazing
presenter!
