[Agvisors] Orientation Schedule & Reminders

Hello Agvisors,

Attached you will find the student and parent schedules for tomorrow's orientation.  The University is expecting 690 students and 405 parents, and CALS is expecting 50 of those students.

Just a few reminders regarding orientation:

*         Student schedules will be delivered to advisors' offices before the schedule review (which begins at 2:30).

*         Enrollment appointments will be set at 2:30pm for all students attending orientation.

*         Be sure to remind students that their math course may be dynamically dated and may not start on the first day of classes or end on the last day of classes.

*         Remember to verify any transfer credit or AP/IB/CLEP credit the student has earned or that may be coming in over the summer- students with math, English or second language transfer/ test credit should meet with representatives of those programs in the ILC during Change of Schedule time if they have any additional questions.

Orientation 2013 Schedule

*         Dates: May 29, 31, June 4, 6, 10, 12, 14, 18, 20, 24, 26, 28, August 16, 20

*         Honors Two Day Programs (Honors Session will follow the UA Program): May 31-June 1, June 4-5, June 14-15, June 20-21, August 16-17

*         SALT Dates (Session will proceed one day program except for August): 5/30, 6/3, 6/11, 6/13, 6/19, 8/21 (this program will fall after the one day)

*         New Start Only Program: Tuesday, June 18th. There is no parent program.

*         International Orientation Dates: Tuesday August 13th - Thursday, August 15th
