Subject: [UPAC] Updated CHEM and BIOC Equivalency Form

 

The Chemistry and Biochemistry Department has updated our Transfer
Equivalency Form. Students use the form to apply for CHEM or BIOC course
equivalency. Please discard any previous versions. The new form is
interactive online using Adobe and provides a department email to submit
applications. Our department requires equivalency applications to be
accompanied by a syllabus for the course(s) being submitted as equivalent. 

 

The form can be found at: http://cbc.arizona.edu/ug_forms (top of the list
of frequently used forms)

 

The form is also attached to this email.
