Good afternoon,

 

It's time to request curriculum updates for the 2014-15 general catalog. The
deadline to submit Academic Advisement Report and Smart Planner updates for
this year is December 15th, 2013. Attached to this email you will find 4
documents to assist you and departments within your college regarding the
process:

 

1)      Curriculum Memo - Memo from the Vice Provost and Curricular Affairs
regarding the Curriculum Updates

2)      Business Process Guide - Updating Degree Requirements - Detailed
information on how to use the technology to send updates

3)      Approval of Curriculum Updates for Curricular Affairs - Detailed
information on the process for approvals from Curricular Affairs

4)      CAAC meeting 10_15 - The information is a brief synopsis of details
which you may find helpful to use when communicating with departments.

 

The Associate Deans have also received this information. Feel free to
forward this on to the appropriate groups you work with. In an effort to
help provide the communication to those needing it, I'll also be sending
this to those individuals who provided the updates for the current catalog
year.
