Subject: [UPAC] Instructions for Students to GRO
I would like to remind everyone that the process for submitting a Grade
Replacement Opportunity (GRO) is online. There is no paper form and students
should NOT print the form to bring to our office. Students may use the
computers in our lobby to submit their forms and we are available to assist
them if needed.
I am attaching instructions for students who need to know how to submit a
GRO. Please emphasize to your students that they need to follow the
instructions exactly. They must receive a Confirmation Page on their screen
immediately after they submit the form. If they do not receive a
confirmation page, they should contact our office at 520-621-3113 or write
to REG-reghelp at email.arizona.edu. Once the GRO request is processed, our
office sends the student an email with an approval or a denial and the
reason why it was denied.
I also want to clarify that "W" grades are included in UA attempted units
when we qualify students.
