[Agvisors] August Orientations and Reminders

Greetings Agvisors:

 

Hope the summer is wrapping up well as we prepare for a busy and productive
fall term.  We have three pending new student orientations this month (two
of which are next week).  

 

International Orientation 8/15 

Freshman Orientations 8/16 

Freshman Orientations 8/20

 

Attached are the student lists with advisors.  Please let Maria Bueno
(mbueno at ag.arizona.edu * 621-3616) know of any updates regarding the listed
advisor for each of the 3 sessions.  We appreciate your assistance in
welcoming the students at these remaining sessions.  

 

Also, don't forget to save the date for the UA CALS Alumni Mixer Event for
new students * August 23 at noon in front of the AZ State Museum (across the
street from Centennial Hall).  All new freshmen and transfer students have
been invited.  Laura White from the CALS Alumni and Development office
posted a message to the agvisors listserv a couple of weeks ago to RSVP to
her if you plan to attend.  She will be sending a follow up email soon to
those that have not sent her an RSVP.
