> If you’ve ever wondered what the medical school admissions interview looks/feels like, wait no more! The UA College of Medicine has adopted the “multiple mini interview” (MMI) method for interviewing their applicants. These MMIs are 90 minute sessions that involve 9 separate evaluators.  Each evaluator meets the applicant group one by one and interviews them for 7 minutes. MMI’s are a great tool for organizing innovative, rich interviews for large groups. If you are thinking of ways to update or change the student interviewing/hiring processes for your department, check this out.
