<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">If you’ve ever wondered what the medical school admissions interview looks/feels like, wait no more! The UA College of Medicine has adopted the “multiple mini interview”
(MMI) method for interviewing their applicants. These MMIs are 90 minute sessions that involve 9 separate evaluators. Each evaluator meets the applicant group one by one and interviews them for 7 minutes. MMI’s are a great tool for organizing innovative,
rich interviews for large groups. If you are thinking of ways to update or change the student interviewing/hiring processes for your department, check this out. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<b>Multiple Mini Interviews (MMI)</b> during the 2012-2013 application cycle. We really need evaluators for
<span style="color:#1F497D">the rest of October </span>and other dates (see attached schedule). The time frames are from 7:50 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. or 9:50 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
