Greetings, 

 

I am writing to share the process to un-enroll a Schedule for Success (S4S)
student from the S4S program when a student places higher than Math 100AX on
the ALEKS test. This process will remove the student from the S4S program
and student group. It will also drop their Math 100AX/SAS 100AX course and
lift their enrollment restriction. 

 

Student or academic advisor may contact Mary Venezia
venezia at email.arizona.edu or the Math Placement Office
placement at math.arizona.edu.  In the email, please share the students SID #
and their new placement score.

 

When talking to students, please share that it can take up to 48 hours for
this change to be processed. Also, we will not process changes outside of
university business hours J (i.e. not on the weekend). 

This process will be shared with students at the orientation information
session they are asked to attend.
