[Agvisors] Reminder: Agvisors Retreat at the Zoo - May 10

Friendly reminder:  

The Spring 2012 Agvisors Retreat will be on May 10 at the Reid Park Zoo from
9:00am-1:00pm (other details below).  Attached are the parking directions
and entrance to the facility. Please note we will not be entering through
the front part of the zoo, so it's important you print (or memorize) these
directions.

A zoo staff member will be waiting for us at the gate at 9:00am to let us
in. If you plan to arrive late let me know so I can notify them to assure
you can get through the gates.  My cell phone number is 245-5692.

Greetings Agvisors:

Hope you are all doing great on this last week of classes.  

The Agvisors Retreat will be held at the Reid Park Zoo on Thursday May 10th
from 9:00am-1:00pm.   I will need a confirmation from everyone attending no
later than this Friday (May 4) by noon.   We will have granola bars, fruit,
coffee, water and orange juice available in the morning.  Lunch will include
a South of the Border buffet with tea, lemonade and water. If you need a
vegetarian dish please let me know when you confirm your attendance.

Attached are the parking directions and entrance to the facility. Note that
we will not be entering at the front of the zoo. The facility room has its
own entrance at the back of the zoo. A zoo staff member will be waiting for
us at the gate by 9:00am. If you plan to arrive at a different time let me
know as well (since the gate will be locked).  We will also have the
opportunity to roam around the zoo and see the lovely animals from
1:00-2:00pm (not an official tour, we'll be on our own). At 2:00pm a zoo
staff member will meet us back at the gate so we can get to our vehicles.  

We will have a great and productive retreat!  I will look forward to hearing
from all of you.
