[Agvisors] 1st Spring 2012 Agvisor Meeting

Greetings Agvisors:

 

Hope your Spring 2012 has been good thus far!  The 1st Agvisors meeting for
this Spring is scheduled for this upcoming  Tuesday, January 24.  We
normally meet from 11:30am-1:00pm but for this meeting we will start at
11:00am in Saguaro Hall 108 (computer lab).  This will give us all the
opportunity to complete (or start) the degree tracker testing with an
expert, Ms. Heather Jepsen, on-site to assist.  All majors must be
represented at this degree tracker testing. If you need to show up at 11:30
then it will give you half hour to do your testing.

 

>From 12:00-1:00pm we will continue with the meeting at Saguaro Hall 219.
Lunch will be provided by OAP. Please send me your Jimmy Johns lunch
selection no later than Monday 1/23 by noon to nancyr at ag.arizona.edu * in
person at Forbes 211 * fax 621-8662.  The menu is attached.  

 

Choose the following:

.         Sandwich choice (from menu)

.         Cookie - chocolate chip or oatmeal

.         Chips - regular, baked, salt and vinegar, BBQ, sun chips

.         Drink - water, diet coke, coke

Retreat will be on Thursday, May 10 - 9:00am-1:00pm (location TBD)
