Hi AgVisors,

We will be holding another Degree Tracker testing help lab on Thursday January 19th, in Saguaro Hall, room 108 (same place), from 9am-12pm and 1:30pm-5pm.

If you haven't had a chance to come in to the lab, please stop by. We ask that you stay for at least half an hour so we can go over the process with you.
Please note that if you were not able to run the initial DTSR report, or all of you Degree Tracker pages stated "Error Message: DTSR not Found", you haven't technically been able to test, and we need to fix that (in person) with you asap!

Also-If you were in the labs this past week, I need the error notes you took on the check sheet-so I can fix those errors!!

The entire testing process involves

a)      Round 1:Initial advisor testing-which is what you all are doing right now

b)      Advisors finding errors and reporting errors

c)       Degree Tracker fixing the errors

d)      Round 2: Advisor testing again

e)      Repeating steps b & c if necessary

f)       When advisors do not find any more errors, they will be asked to sign off that everything looks correct.

a.       We cannot publish anything that does not have an advisor/department sign off.
