Hello Department Users,

 

I have a request that will help students and the Registration Office as we
process registration changes.  Please make sure that you are giving students
the most recent version of the "Change of Schedule" form.  Our form has been
updated to accommodate new business processes related to UAccess Student and
to maximize the image during the scanning process.  The current version of
the "Change of Schedule" form can be found here:

This form is fillable, so ideally, we prefer the student to fill this out
online and then print it.  Please encourage this practice when you can.
