[Agvisors] Degree Tracker Edits Complete and Reminder about Check-off Labs

Hello AgVisors,

The edits, from the check sheets turned in, have been made and the Degree Tracker sequences have been adjusted accordingly. Please take a few minutes to test a couple of students. If you get the error "Degree Tracker Sequence not found" please remember you need to run an ADVIP and DTSR report before testing students in Degree Tracker.

*Reminder*
We are holding labs on Wednesday from 1pm- 5pm and Thursday 9am-12pm (THIS WEEK) in Saguaro Hall, room 108 (same place as last time), for everyone to come by and sign off that everything looks ok. This is in preparation of go live the NEXT week with the advisor view. This mean the last week of February/first few days of March, Degree Tracker will be live for CALS advisors to use with 2011-2012 students. In order to go live with your majors we need you all to stop by anytime either Wednesday (2/22) from 1pm-5pm or Thursday (2/23) 9am-12pm to go over a check off sheet and give us the ok. If we do not get the check-off for your major, it will not go live the next week. The next go live time period will likely not be for several months or into the summer.
