Good Afternoon, 

Some S4S updates on this rainy afternoon: 

 

Students currently enrolled in the Schedule for Success program
(Math100AX/SAS 100AX) cannot drop the courses unless they meet the following
requirements:

1.       They have retaken ALEKS and placed out of it

2.       They have transfer coursework or proof of enrollment in a transfer
course that would fulfill their math requirements

3.       They are in a major/program that will accept PHIL 110

This program is to support these students to get to college level math. It
will not be offered to the student in a future semester - they cannot "wait"
to take it. 

 

Students in the program can be enrolled in a maximum of 14 units. No
exceptions. 

 

If they are expressing concerns about the course being online or having
difficulty understanding the course, please encourage them to visit the open
office hours for the MATH 100AX course. They are M-F, 12-6PM, Math Bldg.
Lobby. 

The UTA's will be available to help them.

 

Students should be receiving information via email from their Learning
Specialist in the Think Tank. The Think Tank (and the Learning Specialists)
are located in Bear Down Gym.
