RE:                         New Student Orientation's 2012 Business Services
Fair & Convocation Celebration 

 

 

The Office of New Student Services and the New Student Orientation program
are excited to invite university business services and student affairs
offices to participate in the New Student Orientation 2012 Business Services
Fair!  

 

The Business Services Fair aims to help students to become familiar with
many university services available to them on campus.  Participation in the
Business Services Fair provides your office the opportunity to interact and
connect with new UA students and parents.

 

All university business services and student affairs offices wishing to
participate in the 2012 Business Services Fair are required to participate
in ALL orientation sessions.  Each participating group will be offered one
6' table and two chairs for display use in the Grand Ballroom of the Student
Union Memorial Center.  (Requests for additional accommodations will be
considered.)

 

The Business Services Fair will run from 11:15-12:30pm, on the following
days:

May 25 

June 1, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 19, 22, 25, 27 and 29

August 10 and 14

 

Space is limited; complete the form below no later than April 23, 2012.

The Convocation Celebration is an opportunity for UA clubs and organizations
to connect with freshman right before the start of the year, on Sunday,
August 19th.  Interested clubs and student affairs organizations should
complete the form complete the form below no later than July 31, 2012.
