This is friendly reminder that we are meeting tomorrow June 22 from
9:00-11:00am in the Saguaro Hall Room 219 (former Family and Consumer
Sciences building).  Please take a copy of your 2011-12 major program guides
to the meeting, and also send it to me electronically (if you haven't done
so).

Greetings Agvisors:

 

Academic Programs is proposing an Agvisors Meeting for June 22 (Wed.) from
9:00-11:00am at the Saguaro Hall Room 219.  This meeting will be to discuss
the details of Degree Tracker, which is scheduled to be launched this Spring
2012. CALS will be used as the pilot college and were asked by the working
team to meet with them this month.  

 

We will also need the updated major program guide for the 2011-12 catalog
year. Refer to your current 2010-11 guide posted on the ARC website and send
me any updates that should be reflected on the 2011-12 program guide by June
17th (extension from last month).  http://advising.arizona.edu/node/6 

 

Degree Tracker will follow the 2011-12 program guide..but with many more
features! It will be a great tool to help advisors and students keep track
of their progress. 

 

Respond to this email if you or someone from your department is available on
June 22 from 9:00-11:00am.
