Subject: Grading Basis on AAR PDFs Update

 

Previously, the only special grading basis notated in the Course History
section on PDF versions of academic advising reports were courses with a
grading basis of ARN (Academic Renewal).  Thanks to some recent
modifications grading bases of COR (Correspondence) and EPF (Elective
Pass/Fail) now appear on PDFs.  If a course is not pulling where you or a
student thinks it should you can check the Course History section of the AAR
to see if the course was taken under a grading basis that would affect its
applicability towards a requirement.
