[Agvisors] Fee Update

Greetings Agvisors:

 

Please DO NOT tell your students about the potential degree check fee
increase since it is not official. Still encourage them to apply early for
their degree candidacy.  Ms. Julie Adkins is taking applications for Dec.
2011 and May 2012.
