Dear Advisors,

 

Would you like a bit of help writing a report or creating a dashboard? Do
you have questions about some aspect of UAccess Analytics that you didn't
ask about in the workshop? Something you want to know that we just didn't
cover? 

 

The Analytics team is offering office hours during which time you can
drop-in to ask your questions or get help with a particularly pesky report.
It is preferred that you sign up for one or more 20-minute blocks of time to
ensure you get one-on-one assistance. You can find the dates/times of the
office hours on the UITS Workshops page under Analytics Office Hours:

Keep in mind, before using the office hours, you should have completed the
Basic Reports and Dashboards training (available in an online tutorial or in
an in-person workshop):
