[Agvisors] 1st Agvisors Meeting and August Orientations

Greetings Agvisors:

 

Hope you have enjoyed this summer break!

 

1st AGvisor Meeting:

 

Save the date for the 1st Agvisor meeting this term (although I'm proposing
it a week prior to classes starting).  Lunch will be provided, courtesy of
OAP (information will be sent out next week regarding the lunch orders).
The first meeting is scheduled for August 18th from 12-1:30pm at Saguaro
Hall 219.  Please reply to this email to let me know if you or someone else
from your department will be able to attend.  We would like to cover
information to prepare us for this Fall term.

 

August Orientations:

International Orientation Advising - August 10th from 9:30-11:00am (we
currently do not have any students on the list but will send an updated list
on Monday). 

Freshmen Orientations: August 11-12 and 15-16.  Academic Advising will take
place on August 12 and 16 from 10:15am-12:00pm. 

Please verify the correct advisor is listed on the attached sheets for each
orientation session. Send updates to Maria Bueno at mbueno at ag.arizona.edu or
by phone at 621-3616.
