FOLLOW UP: COMPASSIONATE TRANSFER OF LEAVE REQUEST - SABRINA TUTTLE

Everyone,

For those who have asked and those who would need to know, if you plan 
on donating some vacation leave via the Compassionate Transfer of Leave 
(CTL) Contribution Form, Mori Farmer has provided the basic instructions 
to do so below:

  * Fill out CTL form  (Sabrina Tuttle/Gila County Cooperative Extension)
  * Give to your immediate Department Representative
  * Your Department Representative will submit the needed information
    and sign and date
  * Your Department Representative will mail the original to:
