COMPASSIONATE TRANSFER OF LEAVE REQUEST - SABRINA TUTTLE

*The following is being sent out on behalf of Gila County and Sabrina 
Tuttle:*

Everyone,

If anyone would be interested in donating vacation time to Sabrina 
Tuttle (Associate Agent, San Carlos Apache Tribe, Gila County), it would 
be greatly appreciated!  Sabrina was diagnosed with a fast spreading 
breast cancer.  She qualifies for Compassionate Transfer of Leave. Below 
is a link to the CTL contribution form for any who wish to donate.  
Donations from vacation hours can be made from any excess balance above 
80 hours (for example, if you donate 8 hours, your remaining balance of 
vacation time must be at least 80 hours).
