<p class="MsoNormal">The University of Arizona, Maricopa County Cooperative Extension is accepting registrations for the spring 2023 Smartscape course! Classes will be held on
<b>Tuesdays and Thursdays </b>from<b> February 7<sup>th</sup> – March 9<sup>th</sup>
</b>from<b> 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm </b>at the Maricopa County Cooperative Extension office: 4341 East Broadway Road Phoenix, AZ 85040. The attached flyer lists the class topics. Seats are limited and fill fast, so register today!<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Smartscape is a comprehensive, research$B!>(Bbased professional training program specifically designed to educate landscape professionals on the fundamentals of designing, installing, irrigating, and maintaining attractive, water-efficient landscapes.
This Smartscape course delivers 20 hours of high-quality education on the best irrigation and horticultural practices for the desert southwest. For $95, students receive a Smartscape notebook and Smartscape Study Guide with valuable information and materials,
instruction from experts in the green industry, and the opportunity to earn International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), Arizona Department of Agriculture (AZDA PMD or AG), and Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD) continuing education units,
and Arizona chapter of American Society of Landscape Architects (AzASLA) continuing education credits. Graduates of the course receive a certificate of completion from the University of Arizona and a chance to market themselves as a Smartscape professional
