[Uaturfinfo] Turfgrass Extension Education Opportunities Changes

Due to the current COVID-19 chaos, many education opportunities are being cancelled, rescheduled, or delivered in alternative modes electronically. Following are some updates on upcoming events that were scheduled to be offered:

*** The “Arizona Runs on Water” seminar series featuring water for turf and landscapes will be NOT be on April 30.   We will attempt to reschedule in the future.

*** The 3rd Annual School IPM Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, and alternative means of electronic delivery are being explored so watch for updates at: https://turf.arizona.edu

*** The Nativegrasses, Kurapia, and Zoysiagrasses Demonstration Field Day this week will be rescheduled at the Wigwam Golf Club when appropriate.

*** The Annual Turfgrass Field Day traditionally held in Tucson in May could be rescheduled for later this year depending on campus accessibility.

*** The Annual Sports Turf Field Day and EXPO in conjunction with AZSTMA is yet to be determined.
