*** The 3rd Annual School IPM Conference that was on April 28, 2020 is now online can be accessed for AZ Dept of Ag Pest Management Division continuing education credits. The conference will be online for each attendee’s convenience and a post-conference quiz will be administered to obtain the available 6 CEU’s.

*** The Western IPM Center initiated a monthly online seminar on June 10 and the first episode described a new type of LED light trap for flying insects that we are using in desert turf for masked chafer monitoring. Despite the closure of the UArizona Cooperative Extension, Maricopa County office, our Turfgrass Science Extension program continues to operate in the field as safely as possible in a socially distanced and masked up manner.
