[Uaturfinfo] Nativegrasses, Kurapia, and Zoysiagrasses Demonstration Field Day - March 17

All were planted last year at the Wigwam Golf Club Blue Course and the progress to date can be observed at your leisure at this cost-free event on March 17 from 8;00 am to 11:00 am.
Featured speakers will be Maggie Reiter, University of California Cooperative Extension Environmental Horticulture Advisor, who has been investigating nativegrasses on golf courses and Chrissie Segars, Extension Turfgrass Specialist from Texas A&M University, who has experiences with zoysiagrasses.  We will be presenting our irrigation and cultivars project with Kurapia.

For water conservation and in cases where turf removal is being considered, this demonstration is an opportunity to get acquainted with potential options.
