*** Pesticide applicator training and testing will be a multi-day workshop to review the Core Manual Study Guide<http://www.unce.unr.edu/programs/sites/pesticide/manual/> in preparation to take the initial AZ Department of Ag’s exam. March 2 & 5 will be in-depth reviews of key topics with a brief review also offered in the morning before the exam on  the afternoon of March 9 in Phoenix. *** The First Arizona School IPM Conference will be Tuesday, April 17, at the Carl Hayden Community High School in Phoenix.  Indoor and outdoor environments with respect to IPM will be addressed by many of the University of Arizona researchers and other experts. *** For golf courses that need to train agricultural workers and pesticide handlers, the AZ Dept of Ag will be offering a series of opportunities for their “Train the Trainer” program this year in both English and in Spanish.
