***  Rains this fall - winter have been timely to bring up weed seedlings and the warm temperatures have been conducive for the winter broadleaved weeds to flourish.  Now is the time to apply postemergence herbicides and be assured of efficacy against smaller and younger weeds instead of waiting until later in the spring when they harden off, flower, and set seeds.
