[Uaturfinfo] Coming events for turfgrass education opportunities

*** The Annual Spring Turfgrass Seminar will be Wednesday, May 2 and the registration deadline is this coming Friday.  Sign up for the "Soil and Water Management Principles for Desert Turfgrasses" seminar featuring UA Cooperative Extension specialists who will present how to identify and solve soil and water conditions to optimally manage turfgrasses in the desert. *** The USGA and UA will present a Golf Greens Coloring seminar at the Paradise Valley Country Club on May 24.  Dr. Grady Miller from North Carolina State University will describe various turf paints, dyes, pigments, colorants and share his experiences using them.  Results of our past season's greens coloring projects will be presented.  Details for registering will be coming shortly.
