[UAS] Feedback for potential UAS Program in Yuma

Thanks Matt,
I am interested in meeting with UA/Yuma colleagues who are investing in
UAS/Drones and exchange notes.
Maybe we can also enlist the AU help (!!??) with respect to
Liability/Insurance and FAA rules and how to centralize our efforts and
mutually support the different efforts.
I think many of us are doing this at the hobby level so far and that
probably needs to change.
