This is great, Rick. I think I can review submitted #333's based on tail number. I've read that the #333 approval process can be expedited if they are found to be similar to a previously approved #333. If one of these Universities has an approved #333 that covers all University owned land, or even more broadly, the entire State, that would be a big help to Cody and CCT, and whoever else is not considered a recreational user.

Colleagues: SUAS news has a list of drone tail numbers with details of ownership at http://www.suasnews.com/drone-spotters/. I copied/pasted that info into the attached XLS. I am struck by how many Universities have registered tail numbers.
