Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to share a few pieces of information regarding the Concur Travel and Expense Transformation Project.


  1.  Information will be shared about the Finance & Budget: Concur Travel & Expense Transformation Project at the next UA Staff Council meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 31, 2:00 - 3:30 p.m.  You can find the Zoom link and UA Staff Council Meeting agenda at this link, https://staffcouncil.arizona.edu/events/staff-council-meeting-33.  The new system will be implemented on July 1, 2026, so please check out the presentation at the UA Staff Council meeting on the 31st.   1.  CALES has a Concur Travel and Expense advisory group tasked with sharing information about the project.  Please feel free to email questions to the group as we transition to this new software program.
